Luke's House is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization addressing the health and spiritual needs of New Orleans, Louisiana. Affiliated with the United Methodist Church, Luke's House works closely with church leaders and congregations from across the country to bring healing and compassion to the underserved community of New Orleans. Our Mission is to provide hope, help, and healing in response to the medical, mental, and spiritual health concerns of the post-Katrina New Orleans community.
What is Luke’s House?Luke’s House is a health ministry dedicated to providing free medical, mental, and spiritual care every Tuesday evening. Who can come to Luke’s House?Luke’s House is open to all in need. There is no eligibility process. We provide care for adults and children. Do I need an appointment?You do not need an appointment to receive care at Luke’s House. We see a maximum of 15 patients on a first-come first-serve basis. How much does it cost?There is no charge for services. All services are free. When is Luke’s House open?Luke’s House is open every Tuesday evening from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. |
